Limiting user processes at login

Problem: User doesn't log out successfully. User logs in again, spawning more threads. To limit this: in /etc/sysconfig/k12ltsp change PURGE_PROCESSES=NO to PURGE_PROCESSES=YES

This will kill user's first session if user logs in again.
