[edit]
Mac Hardware
- There are serveral Linux distributions that run on PPC hardware, including Fedora, Ubuntu, Yellow Dog, Mandrake, Gentoo, and Debian.
- [[|http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/support/installation/ydl3.0_guide-single.pdf Yellow Dog||http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/]] is built from Red Hat, so that would be the closest to K12LTSP. The instructions for installing MacOS 9/X and Linux on the same box is very straight forward, click here for full instructions
- Once you have Yellow Dog, or another version of Linux, and MacOS 9/X installed on the same box, you can use http://www.maconlinux.org/ MacOnLinux(MOL) to run MacOS 9/X under Linux
