From K12LTSP Wiki

There is no formal documentation on K12LTSP aside from the information contained in this wiki (which is quite extensive). This is largely because it hasn't been necessary: you install the software and it just works. K12LTSP is built from pieces from many other projects. Many of those other projects maintain their own documentation, and they are listed here for your convenience.

The TuXlab Cookbook
TuXlab is another word for a Linux Terminal Server and its thin clients, which is what K12LTSP is. This cookbook provides a good explanation of how LTSP works and how to set it up. It also covers some things that are not used with K12LTSP. The cookbook was sponsored by the Shuttleworth Foundation, which is the backer for Edubuntu Linux. The cookbook is available in HTML and PDF.

The Learn Linux Project
This is a collection of tutorials that explain how Linux works. This is not an introduction to computers, but rather assumes you are familiar with computers and want to learn more about how Linux itself operates.

K12LTSP comes with many software packages already installed, from an office suite (word processor, spreadsheet, presentations) to graphics to a wide variety of educational software. All these packages are produced by other projects--that's the FOSS way: everyone can use it, and anyone can contribute to it. Below are links to documentation for many of the included packages.
