As far as my memory serves me when installing/running CreateUsers_GUI you need to have expect and TK installed, I used apt-get on k12LTSP 3.1.0 pre4, as usual YMMV.

To create the new users you will need a csv file formatted as follows

username, password, Name, groupname

I used the year of entry into the school as the group name, this then automatically created year directories in /home, i forsee this maybe usefull for closing accounts, or maybe having a year server or maybe upper/lower school /home located on seperate servers.
